Enterprise

Every author on your roster, fully equipped.

Enterprise sponsors Storybase Pro for the authors you name, at rates negotiated to your catalog. One agreement, one bill — and nobody on your roster left managing their own subscription.

What an Enterprise agreement carries.

Everything in Publisher Business, plus the parts that only make sense at roster scale.

Sponsored Author Pro seats

Name the authors on your roster and Pro switches on for them — custom offers, multi-book bundles, ambassador programs, the deeper analytics. It lands in the account they already sign into. Nothing to buy, nothing to migrate.

A seat allowance sized to you

Ten authors or a hundred. The allowance is set at signing and resized as the roster grows — you decide which authors it goes to, and you can move it.

Negotiated royalty rates

Author royalty splits are negotiated against roster volume rather than taken off the shelf. For contrast: an individual author on Storybase Pro keeps 70% of a digital sale.

Negotiated platform fees

High-volume catalogs get volume pricing on platform fees, applied evenly across every author on the roster — not haggled book by book.

Everything in Publisher Business

Publisher-owned ambassador programs, per-book and per-author royalties with co-author splits, custom offers and multi-book bundles, campaigns with bonus tiers, audience sync to your CRM, and roster-wide analytics.

A dedicated account team

One point of contact for onboarding, billing, and roster-wide rollouts. Quarterly check-ins. Priority support.

How it works

Three conversations, then it’s live.

No procurement maze and no six-week pilot. Most agreements are sized from a single call and a look at the catalog.

  1. Tell us about the roster

Authors, titles, and roughly what the catalog does in a year. The form at the bottom of this page is the whole first step — it takes about a minute.

  2. We size the terms

Seat allowance, royalty rates, platform fees, and the bill — priced against your actual volume instead of a list price. You see the whole thing before you sign anything.

  3. We provision the seats

You name the authors; we switch Pro on for each of them. They keep their own dashboards, their own books, and their own reader relationships — now with the full toolkit behind them.

One thing we’re deliberate about

Author Pro stays an author’s own product.

We don’t fold Pro into every publisher tier. It’s a real product an author buys for themselves, and it stays that way. Enterprise exists for publishers who specifically want to hand it to their people as a benefit: sponsored, not bundled.

Talk to us

No checkout button. On purpose.

Every roster prices differently, so Enterprise starts with a conversation instead of a card form. Tell us what you’re running and we’ll come back with a proposal sized to it.

Tell us about your roster

A quick form so we can prep a proposal sized to your catalog. We’ll follow up within one business day.

We’ll only use your email to reply about Enterprise. No marketing list.
