Connect your CRM

Integrations send your readers to the CRM or email platform you already use, so your follow-up happens where you already work. Open Settings, then Integrations. Integrations are included with Plus and Pro.

Choose Connect account on Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Virtuous, or GoHighLevel. Mailchimp and GoHighLevel ask you to sign in. ActiveCampaign asks for your account API URL and API key, which you’ll find in ActiveCampaign under Settings, then Developer. Virtuous asks for an API key, which you create under All Settings, then Connectivity, then API Keys.

Readers go over as they join your audience, finish chapters, and buy your book. Only readers who agreed to share their contact information with you are sent. When you connect Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Virtuous, you can bring over the readers already in your audience in a one-time import. GoHighLevel brings them over on its own. New contacts in Virtuous wait for its nightly import, which a staff member approves.

Their activity arrives as tags on their contact. Under Tags we send, open a book to copy the exact chapter tags into a workflow in your CRM. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and Virtuous also get Started, Halfway, and Finished tags. In Virtuous, create a tag with the same name first. For any other tool, use Other destinations to add a webhook for Zapier, Make, or your own server.
