Create an offer for your event

An offer gives everyone in a room the same link to your book, plus a QR code for your slide or book table. On your book’s dashboard, choose Create, then New offer. Make it a free giveaway or set a discounted price. If your book has a paperback for sale, a paid offer can include the digital edition, the paperback, or both, and if you have more than one book you can bundle them together.

An offer ends seven days after you create it, unless you choose another date or keep it open with no end date. For a free giveaway, you also choose which chapters readers get and how long they keep access, anywhere from a week to a year. Each offer has its own page, with a subheading, a video if you have one, and a description of what’s included.

When someone gets your book through an offer, they’re asked to share their name and email. Require contact sharing makes that a must, and it’s on by default. You can also collect a mobile number, with their permission to text, and add questions of your own. Choose Activate and your link and QR code are ready right away. As people claim the offer, they show up in your audience with how far they’ve read or listened.
