Once readers have shared their contact information, Flows can follow up with them automatically, by text or email. You might welcome readers when they get the book, check in if they haven’t started, or stay in touch as they make progress or finish. Emails send in your name, and replies come straight to your inbox.

If your book’s dashboard shows Review your reader welcome, a welcome flow is already written for you. Open it, read through the emails, and make any changes before you activate it. Nothing sends until you turn it on, and it starts with new readers from that point forward.

To create another flow, go to Marketing, then Flows, and choose Create flow. Start from a template or choose Generate with AI, select your book and your goal, and it drafts the emails with timing based on each reader’s progress. Each email is a step you can open, edit, and preview.
